Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp EACH basil, Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tbs chopped parsley
- 2 tbs melted butter
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4 inch boneless pork chops cut 1thick
- 2 tbs Dijon mustard
- 2 tbs canola or olive oil
- 4 1/2 ounces of Brie cheese

Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, basil, Italian seasoning, thyme, parsley, butter, and garlic. Set aside.
- In a pie plate, combine flour, and pepper.
- Evenly coat both sides of each chop with mustard, then with the flour mixture.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat, browning chops on both sides.
- Place in a shallow baking dish.
- Cut whole Brie in half vertically. You will only need half so save the rest for later use.
- Slice into quarters.
- Place a half circle onto each chop.
- Spoon the crumb mixture onto the chops.
- Bake uncovered in a 400Foven for 25 minutes until bread crumbs are golden.

This recipe is great with oven roasted potatoes and a vegetable medley.
