MUSTARD BAKED PORK CHOPS WITH BRIE
This is a great recipe for a special occasion or dinner party and not difficult at all.

  1. In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, basil, Italian seasoning, thyme, parsley, butter, and garlic. Set aside.
  2. In a pie plate, combine flour, and pepper.
  3. Evenly coat both sides of each chop with mustard, then with the flour mixture.
  4. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat, browning chops on both sides.
  5. Place in a shallow baking dish.
  6. Cut whole Brie in half vertically. You will only need half so save the rest for later use.
  7. Slice into quarters.
  8. Place a half circle onto each chop.
  9. Spoon the crumb mixture onto the chops.
  10. Bake uncovered in a 400Foven for 25 minutes until bread crumbs are golden.

This recipe is great with oven roasted potatoes and a vegetable medley.
